I attended a viewing here for Mr. Caruso on 6/20. It was my first time attending an event at this funeral home. Susan was there to attend to the family and friends. She was professional, friendly and showed a great deal of care and compassion. As we all know, wakes and funerals are a difficult time for all, I could tell how respectful the staff were here, surely, making a tremendously sad time more bearable for all.
Joanna made a difficult time so easy for our family from the planning stages to having to have the services. They were so helpful, warm & kind with all details. The room where the services were held felt inviting & warm and not what one is use to with cold sterile decor from the 70’s, that makes a difference. Thank you Hagan-Chamberlain for helping us through a difficult time.
