If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. I brought my 11-year-old daughter, who is a very apprehensive patient, and Dr. Jason and the entire staff were incredible.
Everyone was so kind, patient, and great at easing her nerves with distraction and reassurance. Dr. Jason was especially calm and compassionate, making her feel comfortable the whole time. The nitrous oxide (“silly gas”) helped a lot, and she ended up completely relaxed.
Best of all, she’s no longer scared to go back for future dental work, which says everything. We’re so grateful for such a positive experience—thank you to the whole team!

She listened to what I wanted, gave me tips and product recommendations. She nailed the gloss color and the cut is beautiful. Truly gave my hair life again.

What began as a sewer line repair with the installation of clean-outs and a small foundation issue evolved into a much larger project after additional issues were uncovered. John kept me informed every step of the way, clearly explaining the problems and walking me through the best solutions to properly mitigate them.
The scope ultimately expanded to include mold mitigation, adding footings, French drains, a sump pump system, and major reconstruction work — all of which was completed professionally and with great attention to detail. The final product came out amazing and I am fully satisfied with the result.

Charlie replaced the front door to our house. Charlie guided us through the task of choosing a door and supplier. He had some significant challenges on the installation because the original door was a non-standard size. Charlie creatively solved the problems and the installation looks great. he also installed a storm door, again solving some challenges due to the size of the opening. As someone who spent years in PT, getting massages, acupuncture etc. for lingering pain post knee surgery, I can honestly say nothing has made as much of a difference as working with Dr. Shannon for the last 9 months.

I bought my cat in for an emergency visit on a Sunday and didn't have to wait too long to see a Dr. Unfortunately I found out some bad news and ended up having to say goodbye to my Franky, but the Dr was very compassionate and let me spend as much time as I needed with him. It was a sad day but they were great about it.

I've been taking my dog Max here for the longest. Although doctor's change every now and then, they are all very helpful. I had some concerns with my dog as, he is older now and the doctor listened to my concerns and provided guidance. The staff are very nice and professional.
