Heidi was terrific at making suggestions regarding what carpeting would best suit our needs. No problem taking home a sample to get a better feel for color and pattern selection. Carpet was delivered and installed within about 3 weeks and it looks beautiful! Nice follow up call to assess satisfaction was much appreciated.

The employees and owner of this business are top notch. I had a special bathroom reno project in our North Carolina home away from home that I am coordinating from New Jersey due to a recent injury. So I visited the shop, and even though there was nothing in it for them, because they couldn’t order, the tile I needed and have it sent to North Carolina without a huge expense to me, they were so helpful. They made the best recommendations and directed me to the perfect option. I wouldn’t hesitate to go there the next time I need something in New Jersey. Can’t find that kind of customer service many places. Thank you Carpet One/Eberhard Flooring!

Absolutely best flooring store ever customer service is outstanding their patience is outstanding in my dealings I had an issue at my home where I could not take the carpet in and the held it for several months in their store until I was ready and not 1 phone call to ask when can they install beyond pleased
