This was my first interaction with Houdini Plumbing and used them as online reviews were positive. I agree with previous reviewers and was very happy with my entire experience from my initial call to Ashley to the prompt efficient service by Andrew. Highly recommended
Andrew from Houdini was great! He was prompt, professional, and so helpful. We had a leak from an upstairs bathroom pipe with water pooling into our living room ceiling. As first time homeowners, this our first big unexpected issue and we didn’t know what to expect. I am so glad we called Houdini - we couldn’t have been more relieved and thankful for Andrew’s help, and now we have our go to guy! Thanks Andrew!
I just bought a new home and knew I would soon need to replace the hwh. Little did I know that it would be in the first week. But Houdini showed up the day after I called with a new unit and replaced it right away. To get started, Ashley answered all my questions over the phone and was as sweet as could be. Andrew and George were knowledgeable, efficient and very good humored! They left the space cleaner than it was when they got here! This was a great experience considering it was an unexpected expense that took me by surprise. I will recommend Houdini Plumbing to anyone who asks.
