Janice has done my daughter’s knotless braids a few times now and each time they have turned out beautifully. She also works fast and is pretty quick at executing the style as well. Another thing that I really appreciate is that Janice has been on time for every single appt. I feel like I have ptsd from spending way too much time waiting in salons because unfortunately many stylists don’t care about their clients’ time and overbook appts and I have not encountered this issue with Janice at all. She is very kind and personable and my daughter feels comfortable with her. The salon is updated and in a nice and safe area with sufficient (free) parking. I have no complaints and will happily continue to bring my daughter here!

I recently completed the Massage Therapy program here and it's a wonderful program for those seeking a hands-on profession with an eagerness to learn the human body. Thank you to Debbie, John, and Bob who are excellent teachers as they are very knowledgeable in this profession. Given their years of experience, they share the most intimate details of properly conducting massages itself, all the way down to the business aspect of massage therapy. They are very flexible in working with you, and take the time to explain things in full detail about the subject matter currently being studied. If anyone is thinking of pursuing a career in massage therapy and where to learn and earn your certification, I would highly recommend this school!

The shop itself is modern, super clean, and has excellent lighting that makes the whole experience feel premium and comfortable. No more sitting in dimly lit old-school spots. What really stood out were the quality barbers who clearly stay up to date on the latest styles and trends. They know their craft and take the time to listen. I specifically worked with Yeuda, and he absolutely crushed it. He gave me one of the best tailored haircuts I’ve ever had. He nailed the fade, shaped everything just right, and his attention to detail is unmatched.

I was looking for a new place to try and I came across Metuchen Nail Spa. Called and made an appointment for a certain time. The very next day, Hank called me saying I could arrive earlier than my appointment. From the moment I walked in to how I was greeted and through the entire process of getting my nails done, Hank was it. He was so personable. He really listens to what you want done and takes his time to achieve it. Everyone in the building is so nice. Prices are incredibly affordable and it’s very clean. Can’t wait to come back.

The people were very sweet and the atmosphere is nice but the manicure I got is sub par. They upcharged for better nail polish and then put on only one coat so it doesn't look opaque. They did do a good mani pedi on my for my friend though.

I've been going to Lavo for a little over 2 years. Failen does my nails for me. She's incredibly talented, passionate about her work, professional and such a kind person. I moved, but I still drive an an hour just to get my nails done by her! Thanks to her, my nails always look flawless. It's always so clean in there and my whole experience is always so relaxing.

Emilia restores my confidence every time i leave her chair. She truly is so talented. Never been somewhere where a stylist can match my gloss so perfectly & cut my hair exactly in the way best suited for my face shape. Wow, amazing a cute salon in such a cool town! My 1st experience at Cale was with their anesthetician, Gel, A diamond in the ruff! I have had facials all over the world. Gel is definitely #1! I have been getting so many compliments on my skin. Gel is so knowledgeable about skin care. When I thought it couldn't get better, the owner, Mavat, gave me a much needed hair transformation. She colored and highlighted my hair, and gave me an awesome cut. My hair looked so dry and mousy, she turned it into a work of art! A great clean cut, and color with a pop! I've been going to Dr. Jay Yuhas for over 20 years. He's very compassionate and truly cares. He's always very patient with my questions. I highly recommend his services.
I had a significant knee injury in 2024. After that surgery, the knee is fine, but my hips and back hurt terribly. I came to see Dr. Holton, and I have not felt this good since before the surgery for my knee. His work relieved miserable chronic pain 100%.
I found a cat in the street a couple months ago that looked like she needed quick attention so took her straight here to get her looked at and checked for a microchip. The staff and Dr. Murtha were super nice and very helpful, and since she wasn't microchipped I decided to keep her. The office helped me set up her checkup appointments to get her vaccines and eventually get spayed. The surgery went smooth and she healed up quickly and now she's looking so much healthier and happier than ever. A big thank you to Dr. Murtha and the staff.
The staff are very sweet and my dog and I were very comfortable with the vet. I’m a first time dog owner with a two year old cockapoo. Our previous vet shamed me for not wanting to spay her and give certain vaccinations. The vet here assured me that spaying her is not necessary and we set up a schedule to do minimal vaccinations that I felt comfortable with. He also gave us a recipe to start her on a real food diet which the previous vet told me to only feed dry kibble which I felt wasn’t healthy. Overall, I am very happy to have found them and feel my dog is in the best of hands! I just wish I found them sooner. Prices are reasonable, no upselling
Absolutely incredible massage! I have been to Susan a few times and the experience have always been relaxing, professional, and truly therapeutic. Being a physical therapist myself, I can vouch that Susan is a highly skilled, attentive, and knows exactly how to work out the pain and tightness in all the right spots. She has multiple certification and is able to cater her massage based on your needs unlike regular massage places. The ambiance is very calming, and I always leave feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend to anyone in need of top-notch bodywork!
I came here for a massage that was given to me as a birthday gift. I was very pleased with Judy, the owner. I have an issue with my right shoulder and she really got in there and broke down all the knots I had. I’ve never had any massage therapist really care in that way and take their time the way she did. She knew exactly what was going on with the shoulder and once she was done I had better mobility. She also gave me tips and exercises to do at home to help me get my arm back into good shape. She’s done more than my Chiropractor! I highly recommend this place!
