His considerable experience building complex structures is based on a thorough understanding of architectural plans, construction best practices, construction materials, and building codes.Dave is also a hard-working individual and his business style ensures he only hires top-notch craftsmen (employees and subcontractors) for core construction activities such as framing, roofing, siding, and finishing work. He also only subcontracts with high quality electricians and plumbers. It’s clear when watching the project unfold that Dave inspires his crew and easily works well with the entire project team including the architect and township construction officials.
