“When I came in, I was guided to register online. I saw medical assistant within 10 minutes. In additional 5 minutes I saw Nurse practitioner which explained to me what can be done to resolve my medical issue. I was happy that Medrite assistance was available to me. Made appt. At 5:00 for 5:30...got there at 5:25,.saw dr. At 6 pm. Not too bad. I went there in November 2025 also. I recommend it. Good staff”

“I had a great experience with Dr. Pinal at Care Station in Secaucus. She is amazing, very experienced, and takes the time to properly listen to your concerns. I never feel rushed during my visits, and she always gives full attention and explains everything clearly.<br><br>I have visited other places before, but I now prefer going to Care Station in Secaucus because of the quality of care and comfort I feel there. “I went to this location because I hurt my finger opening a can and bleeding didn't stop . The service was great. Check-in was very easy and people were nice. I want to thank the PA who took care of me short blonde hair. she was amazing. She helped calm me down and put me at ease. She was very knowledgeable, professional and caring. She was very sweet and helped answer all my questions I don't recall her names , Definitely recommend this location and the medical professionals.”

“After a rocky first visit and due to a misunderstanding things turned out for the best . My wife was refused a physical for her Autistic step son and the next day I went back extremely angry. After talking to the day shift head of nursing things began to smooth out a bit and was told to bring him back and they would see if they could do the physical. Lo and behold an hour later I get a phone call from the owner of the facility who also owns 8 to 12 other urgent care facilities. He was very concerned about the issue at hand and he assured me that he would take care of it at first I just assumed it was lip service but then he actually did he went out of his way to make an appointment to have my stepson taking care of and his physical done. He kept in constant contact with us until it was taken care of and he really showed concern and empathy for our situation. He did not have to do that he could have just left things alone and let us figure it out on our own but he went the extra mile and for that we are extremely grateful. I highly recommend this facility and any others that are owned by this doctor. My wife myself and my stepson are extremely grateful to him for taking care of us this man is one in a million thanks again”

A call to another urgent care practice showed they couldn't give such a shot but Dr. Primas could.”
