We fortunately called first to make sure he could get a shot (past experience showed topical creams weren't going to help). A call to another urgent care practice showed they couldn't give such a shot but Dr. Primas could.“

“After a rocky first visit and due to a misunderstanding things turned out for the best . My wife was refused a physical for her Autistic step son and the next day I went back extremely angry. After talking to the day shift head of nursing things began to smooth out a bit and was told to bring him back and they would see if they could do the physical. Lo and behold an hour later I get a phone call from the owner of the facility who also owns 8 to 12 other urgent care facilities. He was very concerned about the issue at hand and he assured me that he would take care of it at first I just assumed it was lip service but then he actually did he went out of his way to make an appointment to have my stepson taking care of and his physical done. He kept in constant contact with us until it was taken care of and he really showed concern and empathy for our situation. He did not have to do that he could have just left things alone and let us figure it out on our own but he went the extra mile and for that we are extremely grateful. I highly recommend this facility and any others that are owned by this doctor. My wife myself and my stepson are extremely grateful to him for taking care of us this man is one in a million thanks again“

“I have been a member of Sollis for several years. I joined after I fell in my NY hotel and hit my head. The hotel doctor encouraged me to go to their East side facility and join. Sollis had me imaged and diagnosed immediately after my fall, sending the result to my doctor in California. I have urged friends all over the country to join. “I had a great experience with Dr. Pinal at Care Station in Secaucus. She is amazing, very experienced, and takes the time to properly listen to your concerns. I never feel rushed during my visits, and she always gives full attention and explains everything clearly.

I have visited other places before, but I now prefer going to Care Station in Secaucus because of the quality of care and comfort I feel there. The entire staff is also very supportive and professional.

“My Urgent Care debut went very well. I arrived at around 8pm on Tuesday. I was told at reception that the wait was approximately 2hours, but it ended up with 1 hour.
Stayed for 2 hours total, 1h for waiting, 1hour for treatment.
Lots of patients waiting ahead and after I checked in. Babies, kids, elderly people… many generations
People need this place.

Update: I needed to come back after 10days for follow up. Since it was afternoon, there was no line.
Staffs were different but they were as friendly as at the first visit.
