I love the place and their doctors are amazing and professional! The only think i faced last night in NJ, at the rt 17 location, a very disgusting lady in the reception, were 2, just one was visibly annoyed to see people and kids, frustrated and unhappy, tired, i mean if you don’t wanna be in this practice doing this job, why are you even there? Just quit and let other ppl work! No one is forcing you! You create a bad imagine to this practice!Plus I didn’t understand her purpose there coz i filled up all the paperwork, except for her being there to send a bad vibe to the ppl, i don’t understand why she was there!Apart from that lady, hands down for this clinic!

When our pediatrician was on vacation, we discovered PM online. The location is incredibly convenient with ample parking, and walk-ins are welcome. The check-in process was not too bad; it only takes a couple of minutes, all done through the app. We saw assistants who were very nice. Although the initial tests came back negative, they sent the samples to the laboratory, and the next day, the results came back positive. I received emails and phone calls for follow-up. They promptly sent prescriptions to the pharmacy, so I went to the local CVS to pick up the antibiotics. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Thank you.

I was at Pm pediatrics Paramus with a lip injury and fever of my toddler and they were great.The nurse was very warm and friendly with my toddler.The PA was great and answered all our questions and made our experience trouble free.It was a walk - in and did not have to wait very long. The front desk helped to set up paperwork. ThankyouHighly recommend. I am very impressed.
