I felt seen, heard and respected during my visit. They saw me quickly and I was very thankful for that. Dr. Grossmann was fantastic!Unfortunately the online check-in process is a little annoying - the "take picture" feature on the QR code doesn't work and it just sends you to your camera roll on your phone. I had to redo the process a few times because I had to take pictures of my license & insurance card and go back and forth. Make sure you take a front & back picture of your DL / Insurance card before you start the registration process and you'll have NO issues.Otherwise, my visit was great. Thank you for taking care of me - and so quickly!

I called ahead the staff answered came down good parking lot polite reception very knowledgeable group of professionals who were willing to listen to this Old Blue collar guy.. I had been in there in the past and it was pleasant experience meeting the new staff ✌️?

They accept my insurance this is a plus but recently I was made to wait an hour plus to find out certain types of meds are not done by the office. A little upfront disclaimer would have been nice and helpful! Why would I still want to see the doctor if the med I wanted isn't prescribed by the doctor?
