By way of miracle, fate, and great social media, I landed in the care of Dr. Jeremy! In December 2024, I experienced sudden onset of patella-femoral pain syndrome and was unable to bend and straighten my leg, let alone walk long distances. As a lifelong ballroom dancer turned fitness enthusiast who never suffered from chronic knee pain/complications, this was a shock both physically and mentally. The severe knee pain coupled with the inability to move and continue my workout regimen led me to seek traditional PT treatment. After several months of consistent PT (3x week), I was still unable to return to the same duration and quality of workouts as before. I was advised to “do less” and “rest more;” all advice that went against what my gut was telling me. Once I found RSM and listened as Dr. Jeremy told me (with strong conviction) that I will walk out of there pain free and stronger than before, I jumped in with both feet. In a matter of a few sessions together, I noticed so many positive changes and knew I was finally on the road to recovery. Today, I am an official RSM graduate and am happy to report that I no longer skip leg days at the gym and have returned to all my previous fitness regimes, all while being pain free! There is no greater gift than your health and feeling your best self, and Dr. Jeremy gave me that again. Thank you a million times over!

Loving our new kitchen. Every detail was perfect. Chris gave us excellent advice on the design. His proposed schedule was on target and he managed the start of the project and delivery of cabinets and materials to minimize the time without a functioning kitchen (about 1 mo). This was a total redo, including moving some walls to expand the pantry. His crew executed the work with great detail, I am very impressed with the finishing touches, the backsplash, etc.
We had small delays at the end due to enhancements we requested, like installing a new window. Couldn’t be happier. And the French doors for the pantry look awesome. I totally recommend Not Just Kitchens. Thank you Chris!

My advice to anyone that’s thinking about doing lip filler and Botox- Go see my girl Meredith!!! There is absolutely no one else that is allowed to touch my face!! She is a GEM! She is a surgical PA with over 20 years experience- someone who truly knows the anatomy of the face and body. She will boost your confidence and tell you straight up what would enhance your face and what you don’t need. I respect her advice and experience even with trying the different products out there. Meredith’s vision and technique is perfection! I barely get bruising, I don’t know how she does it but I love her and can’t live without her!! She makes it look so natural and seamless! I never felt more confident!
In April I set up an appointment with Gold standard bathrooms to come to my house and measure to get my bathroom fully renovated. Natalie measured and took pictures of the bathroom and we set an appointment to go to the show room the next week. I wanted to go to a place that supplied it all. Natalie was amazing and helped design the entire bathroom. I did not feel overwhelmed because she had it all under control and went through every detail from grout, tiles to vanity, mirror, light fixtures, shower doors etc. The job was to start in September and that’s when Kenny reached out to me the first week in September to go over all the phases and that they were going to be starting that week. The day we started Carl the delivery driver showed up by 7:45 AM with the equipment that they would need to start the first phase by 8:15 Santiago and Ramiro showed up to start the work. And they would stay all day and fully clean up each day. Carl was amazing and every time that he stopped here to deliver he picked up the garbage. Santiago and Ramiro were exceptional. They were super clean and so professional. Kenny would stop over all the time to oversee the project and any concerns that I had were always addressed. When it was time to pick up my vanity it was discontinued but Kenny said he will have the issue resolved by end of day. That evening he text me that he found another vanity what a gorgeous vanity we ended up getting. My light fixtures were discontinued and Kenny found another light fixture which was gorgeous. The day he brought it here and we opened it we realized it was chrome and not nickel which I needed to match all fixtures . He drove all the way to Neptune that day to get the brushed nickel. I couldn’t of asked for more. The day before the job was completed they told me to look throughout the whole bathroom and mark anything that I saw that needed to be touched up. Santiago and Ramiro we’re always so approachable and never seemed aggravated. They took their time which made us feel so at ease. My bathroom looks absolutely gorgeous and I am so satisfied. It exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely be calling Kenny and Gold standard bathrooms for future projects, especially for a kitchen renovation.

My sewage pipe was clogged late at night. Roto-Rooter provides 24 hour service. Plumber arrived 40 minutes after my call. He had everything working within an hour.
I am relieved Roto-Rooter was able to work quickly and efficiently.

Lily really took her time to listen to my hair goals and did a wonderful job on my curly dry cut.
