Timmy was absolutely AMAZING! So professional, thorough, educated and personable. He also entered our home with shoe covers and shook my hand right away and introduced himself. No one does that anymore. He took care of our issue with an easy solution and without taking advantage. This is a true testament to the way he was raised and trained in the business. Frost heating has been my company for 20 plus years. They come twice a year and they also put in my new ac system. Was very difficult since I’m in a condo but they were the best. Would not go to anyone else. Highly recommend
