You were very angry and chose to take it else where to which we obliged. As I recall, we found your set promptly and returned the complete set to you. I absolutely love Marlboro Cleaners. They are by far the best around. Christine, Kathy, Berta, and team are fabulous. Christine remembers all of her customers by name and treats us like family. Their tailoring skills are by far the best. They have done my tailoring for my son's wedding and my husband's suits. I trust them with everything. Don't go anywhere else!
I recently picked up my designer wool coat from dry cleaning here, and unfortunately, it did not appear to have been properly cleaned and pressed. The coat looks wrinkled and soft, with the collar and lapels not holding their shape. The fabric appears dull, and the edges are not crisp, which is not the standard I expect from professional dry cleaning. I was going to request a refund but they redid it at no charge. Even so, I was told by the clerk: “to get the hairs off you probably need to use a lint brush.” Come on, seriously. I think rather my answer will be not to return.
