The results honestly feel like magic. He came home the same happy, playful puppy, but even better. We can now clearly communicate with him, and he listens so well. He's calm, content, and much more confident. The biting and demand barking have stopped completely, and he has quickly become the wonderful family dog we always knew he could be.

Great experience! I have a 12 year old lab mix who gets skittish and a bit nippy when getting his nails done. We called up the Pet Salon who was about to close and they said come right in. The staff is welcoming, the atmosphere is relaxed, the pricing is fair, and my dogs Nails were done in less than 10 minutes, with no bleeding and he came out wagging his tail. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Very unhappy with the touch up I got today. In the shop it looked okay but once I got home and looked in the mirror I saw how dark the color was. Will not be going back there again. My appointment was yesterday , September 19 at 12:00 with Idaly. How can you say I am not in your system? I have my receipt for 128.34. I think you owe me apology for saying I was not there yesterday for an appointment. Yes you can call me - you should have my number as Kathy called me on Thursday to confirm my Friday appointment.

Very happy with Giannone plumbing got an appointment quickly to look at our Navien tank less water heaters that was showing error code. Mike arrived on time was able to correct the issue immediately and performed the annual maintenance on the water heaters. I would highly recommend!

They are very friendly at the salon. I had an interesting experience which will clearly demonstrate their professionalism and responsiveness. I saw Jackie for a touch up and a glaze. It ended up being very light (which I must say is the direction I did give her) and after a week, really thought I saw grey already coming in. I sent an email with my feedback and immediately heard back from them encouraging me to come back in. So, I went back this past Friday. Jackie was so apologetic and wanted to make it right. She mixed the color and had Dara (who could not have been any nicer!!) put it on. They took great care of me and wanted to make it right.
The color is lovely and honestly, a business that really truly cares about their clients is a rare find these days. In fact, Jackie made it clear that the redo was on them including tipping Dara. Of course, I tipped Dara. That was my responsibility, not anyone else's.
Thank you so much for your professionalism, kindness, generosity and responsiveness. I now know where I will go to get my touchups when I am local.

I brought my dress in to get hemmed, but once I tried it on with my shoes it turned out it didn’t need a hem after all. Instead, they quickly removed the sleeves so I could wear them as optional. They did it in seconds and didn’t charge me a thing. They were so kind and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back!
