first, when making appointment online they got back to me right away, arrived on time, explained what caused the problem and fixed it. Bill is a true professional in his craft and I would highly recommend them .from outlets to panel boxes they get the JOB done.
I was out of electricity for a couple of days, calling around but no one was available until the next day due to the recent storm. Finally, I called Brighton Electric. Ross spent the afternoon diagnosing the problem over the phone, and was trying to save me money. He was knowledgeable, patience, and extremely helpful.It is a breath of fresh air to have someone who takes such good care of customers. Thank you Ross! I just called Brighton Electric because my breaker was acting up, on new years eve great timing lol, anyway the guy told me the price I was in shock, thank you but no thank you. The guy called right back asked what was the problem maybe he could refer me to someone but told me to go and try something first and it worked. He wanted to save me money that's definitely a plus. It worked and I'm truly grateful because he didn't have to do that. Much thanks to you sir. I did forget your name but you know who you are, stay blessed sir.
