We are so happy we decided to go with Ed and Rebecca to train our PWD puppy! They kept us updated with regular progress reports, and the turnover was smooth, thorough, and educational.
The results honestly feel like magic. He came home the same happy, playful puppy, but even better. We can now clearly communicate with him, and he listens so well. Rebecca and Kristin trained our 5 month old lab/shepard puppy. They were absolutely incredible. Prior to training, Zeus had zero impulse control and we were living in complete chaos with a landshark! Zeus came home completely transformed. Not only does he know the basic obedience commands but he is now able to just “be” in the house. It’s amazing what a transformation his training made. Zeus also started with resource guarding prior to his training. Rebecca and Kristin took the time to train him through this. We are incredibly attached to our 1½-year-old Bernedoodle, but we were really struggling with impulse control. At 80 pounds and full of energy, his jumping had become a major issue, especially when guests came over. I was very hesitant about sending him away for two weeks, but after my very first phone call, I immediately felt at ease and truly believed this was the right fit for our family.
Ed was amazing throughout the entire process. He stayed in constant contact, sending pictures and videos of our dog’s progress and calling me almost daily with updates. That level of communication made all the difference and reassured me that our pup was in the best hands.
