He was great. It's frustrating that there is a 10 year warranty on a system that isn't even 8 years old and they want to charge 500$ plus 85$ we just paid to have a certain part cleaned. We paid 10,000 for this system to be done and that she be covered under warranty but that isn't his fault.
We had a clogged kitchen sink drain in our house soon after moving in, and after i tried to snake the line myself, we decided to call Reid Brothers Plumbing. landon was very responsive and got us scheduled for the next day, and when nolan arrived he quickly found the problem in the drain line and cleared it within about 1.5 hours. he also explained what was causing the backup, checked the kitchen plumbing to make sure everything was flowing right, and gave us helpful tips to help prevent another clog. Pricing was very fair, and the professionalism, communication, and quick response were excellent. the whole service visit felt smooth and stress free, and the work was done cleanly and efficiently. We would definitely use them again for any plumbing repair and gladly recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable plumber in Pleasantville.

I explained our plumbing problem (not an emergency), and someone called me back within 15 minutes and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday! Shawn showed up, replaced the shower cartridge to regulate the mix of hot and cold water, and explained what he was doing. He was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Jenkins!
Clean Lines Painting repaired and painted a damaged area of drywall in our hallway. Working with them was a pleasure from start to finish. They returned our phone call within a few hours. We sent them a picture of the damaged drywall and they sent us a very professional proposal clearly outlining every step of the repair process. We considered the price to be very fair too. We electronically accepted the proposal and they scheduled with us right away! Mr. Neris Fugon arrived exactly on time and immediately began prepping the work area. Drop cloths were placed on our floors and plastic curtains were hung to contain any dust. Neris was super professional and friendly. When the job was completed, Neris cleaned all areas to perfection. The drywall repair was perfect! We highly recommend this company for drywall repair. We will definitely reach out to them again for future projects in our home.
