“They are very friendly at the salon. I had an interesting experience which will clearly demonstrate their professionalism and responsiveness. I saw Jackie for a touch up and a glaze. It ended up being very light (which I must say is the direction I did give her) and after a week, really thought I saw grey already coming in. I sent an email with my feedback and immediately heard back from them encouraging me to come back in. So, I went back this past Friday. Jackie was so apologetic and wanted to make it right. She mixed the color and had Dara (who could not have been any nicer!!) put it on. They took great care of me and wanted to make it right.
The color is lovely and honestly, a business that really truly cares about their clients is a rare find these days. In fact, Jackie made it clear that the redo was on them including tipping Dara. Of course, I tipped Dara. That was my responsibility, not anyone else's.
Thank you so much for your professionalism, kindness, generosity and responsiveness. I now know where I will go to get my touchups when I am local.
