“Dan came to replace a filter in a crawlspace dehumidifier and went “above and beyond” in every respect. He noted that outlets were not working and sump pumps utilizing those outlets would not work. The same problem had plagued the dehumidifier causing an excess buildup of water and condensation in the crawlspace. Dan also noted a pipe connected to the sump pumps had been dislodged.
