She is also a very good educator and I think all pet parents would benefit from all her helpful advice and care. The staff, as usual, were kind and friendly. I was quite pleased with the appointment. The experience made me want to come back and have Dr Ball keep taking care of Mochi to provide the best quality of life for the cat. Thank you!“

I know I will be bringing her back soon. It's good for the human and dog to have separate time. I will recommend highly Pawtastic.“

Upon picking her up from Throw me a Bone, I have never seen her happier post grooming. Not only was she happy to see me, she was incredibly affectionate with the groomer—a clear sign they had treated her gently, kindly, and with love. 10/10 would recommend.“

169 Hackensack St, East Rutherford“Before choosing Le Pooch Chateau, we tried several daycare and boarding facilities and even did trial stays at different places. The moment I walked into Le Pooch Chateau, I knew it was the perfect place for Aiwa. The facility is cage-free, extremely clean, and truly feels like a home away from home for dogs.
What gave us the most peace of mind was the daily updates. Throughout Aiwa’s 21-night stay, we received photos and videos that reassured us she was happy, comfortable, and well cared for while we were away.
The owner and staff are incredibly friendly, caring, and accommodating. They treated Aiwa as if she were their own dog, and that means everything to us. When we picked her up, she was happy, healthy, and honestly seemed to miss all the friends she made during her stay!
Leaving your fur baby for an extended period can be stressful, but Le Pooch Chateau made the entire experience worry-free. We are so grateful for the love and care they gave Aiwa, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and loving place for their dog.
Thank you, Le Pooch Chateau, for taking such wonderful care of our girl! ❤🐾🐶“

533 Central Ave, Jersey City“Even though it has been a few years, I still think of this puppy class with gratitude. The approach was positive, modern, and compassionate, and our puppy was treated with so much patience and kindness. Jennifer was wonderful and brought such warmth to the whole experience. It was a lovely place for both puppies and people to learn, and I would absolutely recommend it.
Jennifer, if you remember us, we were the ones with the rambunctious ACD who was a face-licker. He is all grown up now (nearly 4 years old) and has become an excellent dog who's easy to live with. We cannot imagine being happier with how he turned out, and this class was an important part of that foundation.“

We started working with Fido Fidelis in 2022, and Pete has been training our dogs for nearly four years. His specialty is working with “challenging” dogs—those who are human-reactive, dog-reactive, struggle with separation anxiety, and more. Simply put, he is the best in the business.
Pete is fantastic with puppy training and general behavior work. He helped train our blue heeler/schnauzer mix puppy in just two weeks and played a crucial role in helping our high-energy pup successfully integrate into our family. But his impact didn’t stop there.
Our older dog, Rio (a pit mix), had a difficult past—she was attacked as a puppy by a resource-guarding dog at a dog park, which made her reactive around other dogs. For over a year, we worked with Pete to help her tolerate others, knowing she didn’t need to love every dog, but needed to coexist peacefully. When we decided to rescue our second dog, Bailey, in June 2023, Pete was our very first call.
He not only refreshed Rio’s foundational training but thoughtfully used that process—alongside Bailey’s training—to help Rio understand that Bailey was a friend, not a threat. Within weeks, the two became inseparable. They now play, cuddle, and genuinely enjoy each other’s company—something we once weren’t sure was possible.
Even more impressive, Rio has begun forming positive relationships with other dogs. With Pete’s guidance, we’ve taken things slowly and intentionally, and she’s now comfortable with select dogs. We’ve even started fostering, which would have been unimaginable before working with him.
So how does Pete do it?
His approach is incredibly well-rounded. He doesn’t just train dogs—he trains owners. He uses a balanced, thoughtful methodology (including the four quadrants of training), tailoring his approach to each individual dog and household. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution here—Pete meets you and your dog exactly where you are.
We’ve been through a lot with our dogs, and honestly, I don’t know where we’d be without Pete. If I could give Fido Fidelis 100 stars, I would. After four years of working together, I recommend him to everyone I meet without hesitation.“

252 E 94th St, New York“Biscuit and baths at Yorkville Is Cooper’s favorite place. He loves Gianna and Ashley so much that in the mornings when I’m leaving the home and getting him into the car, he knows where he is going. Gianna shows so much love to Cooper and I’m sure that she is like that with all of the Dogs that she works with. In the mornings, when Cooper sees Ashley he goes crazy, wagging his tail and jumping. He is always happy to see her. That tells me that they show love and really care about all the dogs that they are responsible for throughout the day.
Thank you Gianna, Ashley, and the staff at biscuits and bath for what you do for Cooper and all the other dogs in your care. You are GREAT.“

The day care is great for him to socialize and he is exhausted when he comes home from all the playing . Pupculture sends me pics and videos of him through the course of his time there and clearly he is having fun . He is also groomed there and Fatima is the best . He always comes home even more handsome than when I left him .“

523 22nd St, Union City“I just have the courage to write a review about my Muffy experience at Puppy University!
Muffy was a client at Puppy University for two years while she was in town, and I truly cannot say enough about this place. They absolutely doted on Muffin and treated her like royalty.
The owner was always accommodating to our schedule, especially since we traveled often, and was very attentive—always asking detailed questions about Muffin’s health if he hadn’t seen her in a while. I never felt any anxiety dropping Muffin off, which says a lot.
One of the things that stood out most to me was their professionalism. At one point, Muffin had missed one of her shots, and as much as they loved her, they were firm in saying they could not take her. I respected that completely—it showed they were running a business that prioritizes the health and safety of all dogs.
I am so glad that my Muffy was part of their tribe. Muffin was the cutest Yorkie—she was sassy, full of personality, and lived a beautiful life, passing away at the age of 17.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and professional environment for their pet.“

181 E 111th St, New York“Instinct is the best!!! My dog is a regular here and I’m so, so glad I found it when we first adopted him. He’s done the board and train program, daycare and he regularly boards here while we’re away. Everyone is so good with him, knowledgeable and so friendly. I love that they do small matched playgroups, and are experts in dog behavioral health it makes such a difference. I honestly think him attending regular daycare here through adolescence made such a difference in his development and sociability - something I would not have been able to do on my own. And my dog absolutely loves it here. Every time we get here he can’t WAIT to go in, he doesn’t even look back at me when I drop him off. I know he’s in great hands and I trust them completely whether I leave him there for the day or for longer periods. Couldn’t recommend it more!!“

She explained every single detail to us. We never had him trained and were hesitant to do so...it was easy and with the proper trainer you can actually change or modify some behaviors (sometimes triggered from us the parents *shocking!).
We highly recommend Kim if you are in need of a dog whisper!!!“

Leaving our young puppy overnight was nerve wracking to me, but the team made us feel completely at ease. They were caring, attentive, and treated him like one of their own. We received updates while we were away, and our pup came home happy and cared for. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Dogboken again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy overnight care for their dog.“

857 Passaic Ave, Kearny“After many visits to Arlington Dog and Cat hospital, they have been very consistent in being a clean, friendly and an accommodating environment. The support staff are very nice and always take the time to speak with me and listen to my concerns. The Veterinarians on staff are all very knowledgeable and take the time to address the issue. The prices are the prices. Arlington D&C is relatively affordable considering the cost of pet healthcare.“

107 W 86th St # 14d, New York“I had an amazing experience working with Deanne, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. When we first started, my puppy was struggling with separation anxiety, barking, and some challenges on walks (such as eating non-food items). Deanne created a clear, personalized plan that helped us address each issue step by step.
Deanne taught my puppy basic commands (sit, down, stay, etc.), no jumping when greeting people, walking calmly on leash, introduced him to the dog run in a safe and positive way, and gave me the tools to manage and greatly reduce barking that used to happen throughout the day.
What I appreciated most was how patient, knowledgeable, and supportive Deanne was. She not only helped my puppy but also helped me understand how to reinforce good habits and maintain consistency at home.
If you’re looking for someone who truly understands dog behavior and sets you and your pup up for success, Deanne is absolutely the best choice.“

Tanner's reached out to me immediately to update me. They made an appointment with his vet, Bergen County Veterinary Center, which happens to be right next door, and then they brought him back, took amazing care of him and administered his medications until I got home a day later. Tanner's is a special place.“
