“I had a great experience at Hounds Town Bergen! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Vanessa greeted us and took great care of Luna during her evaluation. The facility is very spacious, and the staff was wonderful. I’m really excited for Luna to start going there!”
“We have had such a wonderful experience with Riverside Veterinary Care on Columbus Avenue, especially during West’s first couple of visits. From the moment we walked in, everyone has been incredibly sweet, kind, patient, and genuinely caring.
West is a very young puppy and, as you can imagine, she can be quite a handful! The entire team has been so patient with her and has made every visit feel comfortable and positive. They take their time, handle her gently, answer all of our questions, and never make us feel rushed.
What has stood out to us most is how genuinely caring the staff has been toward West. You can tell they truly love animals and want both the pets and their owners to feel comfortable. As new puppy parents, having a veterinary team we can trust means so much to us.
We are so happy we found Riverside Veterinary Care and feel very confident knowing West is in such caring hands. Thank you to the entire team for taking such wonderful care of our little girl! We highly recommend Riverside to anyone looking for a kind, compassionate, and attentive veterinary practice. ❤🐾”
