“Great team who do good work but they are not thorough on the details. They didn’t reattach the nozzle to my hose. They didn’t close my garbage cans and they got some dirt on my car after I had already asked them if I should move it. I will continue to use them, and hopefully they’ll tighten up on the little things so that I can give them the five stars!”
“I cannot say enough good things about Mattsson Roofing! From the initial consultation to project completion, their professionalism was absolutely top-notch. The entire team was incredibly efficient and completed the work in a timely manner without compromising quality.
What truly set them apart was their exceptional communication throughout the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way with regular text message updates and send detailed pictures showing the progress of the work. I never had to wonder what was happening or when the next phase would begin.
One feature that really impressed me was the use of drone technology to capture aerial views of my roof. This allowed me to see exactly what they were working on and gave me complete confidence in their thoroughness and attention to detail.
The level of transparency and customer service exceeded all my expectations. If you're looking for a roofing company that combines professionalism, efficiency, and outstanding communication, look no further than Mattsson Roofing. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.
Than you Mattsson Roofing for a job exceptionally well done!
Regards,
Maggie”
“Had Top Notch 1 Chimney repair my chimney crown and reline my fireplace with a stainless steel liner. The work came out great and I’m glad I went with them. What I liked most was their transparency—they walked me through the whole process step by step. Everything looks neat and well done. I’d highly recommend them.”
