“Just an outstanding experience at America's Best on 1/09/2026. From start to finish everyone was outstanding. As soon as I walked in to my 10:20 appt I was told to proceed to the back of the office. Right away they were ready. From one person to another everyone was caring and attentive to all my needs. The Dr in this case was Dr Dhannapuneni. She was outstanding. She really took her time and made sure every aspect of the exam was explained thoroughly. Excellent to say the least. After the exam was spoke to Carol, the eyeglass specialist and she was excellent too. She also understood our needs and was never pushy. America's Best...you have a great team here. I wouldn't ever hesitate to going here as I've been a patient for many years and met different people who do a great job. It all starts at the top!“

When people are dealing with pain, sickness etc... the last thing they want or need is someone rude and unpleasant to them as I've unfortunately experienced with the front desk more than once.
