Never in a million years thought i’d be getting my backup glasses at walmart tbh. And if it wasn’t for ROY and his great sense of humor and willingness to help i probably woulda walked out. I got lucky NOT having to wait and Roy was super thorough and professional. The lenses are the killah of tha cost. They have frames as low as $30 and the ones i happen to find in thr “mens” section only because i wanted a chunkier frame were $50 which is less than Costco. Really looking forward to picking them up and having a totally decent backup pair of glasses. Go see roy. Tell em the chic with the mens frames sent ya. 😜
Once again I had a pleasant experience working with Shelia (Vcm) and Angel (optician) at the Neptune location. They both went over and above providing excellent customer service. We will continue to use them for our vision needs.
Angel went above and beyond to help out my father, we are very appreciative to him. My father went to another office where they were not too friendly. They wouldn't help my father get glasses because his insurance didn't cover, they also had missed a specific part that needed to be on my dads prescription in order for him to be able to go else where with his prescription.
Angel took it upon himself to reach out to the other office to get to the remaining inform needed on my dads prescription, in order for him to be able to order a new pair of glasses.
