“I needed two pair of frames for my new prescriptions, one for my computer work and one for everyday use. Kim Jacob at the Freehold store greeted my wife and me and was VERY patient and informative as I tried on countless frames. We came back a week later to pick up my new glasses and Kim greeted us like old friends - great memory! She adjusted the arms on my frames and all is good. All in all, a really good experience. “2 days ago my son sat on his glasses and broke frame.His backup pair was MIA so I glued the frame and put lens back .I called Glen and he said come right over.My son picked out new frame and Glen told me he already sent out my order when I called because It was Thanksgiving in 2 days! He said it probably wouldn't be in for a week.Today he calls me at noon and they're ready for pickup! Thank you Glen for taking such good care of my son and putting a rush on his glasses!
