Poor office management with very long wait times and inaccurate exams. The glasses they made me were far too strong leaving me with headaches and unable to focus. I'm back for a recheck and waiting almost an hour to see the doctor. Staff is very rude

The customer service at this location is the excellent. Every time I go I have such a pleasant experience. If you have any eye care needs visit this location! You will not be disappointed. They are very patient as I am very indecisive and take a long time to find the perfect glasses. They did not rush me and they understood my needs and wants. Definitely recommend

Veronica Martinjust nowNEWFirst visit. "Eyes" couldn't be any happier! Dr. Michael Luciano was superb! Great personality. Thorough and compassionate. Dr. Mike discovered I have high blood pressure just from an eye exam! He explained in layman's terms and enlarged his computer image to show me. Sure enough he was correct! It was confirmed I do have high blood pressure and am on medication now for it. Dr. Luciano is awesome. Joe the tech that greeted me as I was looking at frames is such an honest, helpful and very patient man. He spent over an hour helping me choose frames. I asked for his opinion what looked good and what was not good for my face size and shape. We both agreed along with other employees the pair we chose were perfect. This will be my permanent eye care from now on. They are so very considerate and accommodatingThank you again Joe for such patience. I forgot to mention their prices for such fantastic services are very reasonable! Ya can't beat it!
