“I suddenly developed severe tearing of both eyes that escalated to severe redness and swelling. I saw Dr Gerard and eventually Dr Patel. Dr Gerard was very thorough and had an excellent bedside manner and Dr Patel was also very thorough, professional, and kind. After thorough evaluation from both, being diagnosed with severe dry eye and punctal stenosis, Dr Patel performed an in office procedure to unblock the puntum in both eyes. Everything was accomplished in a timely manner and provided great relief! Almost 6 months later and my eyes are doing great. The supportive staff are also 5 stars.“
