Icon has the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced! When we sat down with the extremely knowledgeable saleslady, the secretary offered us coffee and brownie bars. An hour later she comes in with salads and pastries from a local café. The saleslady was patient and very experienced. And unfortunately, I had to deal with many unprofessional contractors. When Tri-state builders arrived at my front door I did not have high expectations. But I will soon to be amazed by the professional and courtesy jason displayed. He patient answered my questions. And had a lot of them. He had full illustrations of their work. But most of all there was no pressure sales gimmicks. My wife and I decided tri state were the right people for us. Our new room was completed 2 weeks ago. Jason,dominic and their construction team during the course of demolition and rebuilding immediately addressed any concerns that we had with no pushback. They were all very pleasant. To deal with.
