Icon has the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced! When we sat down with the extremely knowledgeable saleslady, the secretary offered us coffee and brownie bars. But most of all there was no pressure sales gimmicks. My wife and I decided tri state were the right people for us. Our new room was completed 2 weeks ago. Jason,dominic and their construction team during the course of demolition and rebuilding immediately addressed any concerns that we had with no pushback. They were all very pleasant. To deal with.
