She wanted me to write a review to let everyone know how excellent they were. They were very professional, timely, informative, and very patient with the process of her trying to get her solar panels temporarily removed. I myself was also involved in the estimate process and got to meet and speak with owner who did the site survey and he was great. The estimate was fairly priced and thorough.The roof looks spectacular. My mother in law is very happy with everything. “Jeronimo was responsive, punctual and so knowledgeable. I thought the gutters were leaking but he quickly found that the underlayment on my 80 year old slate needed replacement on one section of the roof. He carefully removed each slate, added new underlayment and then replaced each slate in its original position cutting new ones where necessary. He pointed out problems from previous repairs. What great work! I will use JCX for all my slate maintenance in the future.“

We set a date and time for my repair. Teo's "guys" arrived a little before the scheduled time and I also received a text alerting me of their arrival . The guys surveyed the job, spoke directly with Teo and clarified with me exactly what they would do. Then they went to work quickly and efficiently. Teo invoiced me electronically and payment was a breeze. Teo's guys were friendly, kind and hard workers, finishing the job in great time. They took the time to walk me around the job to make sure it was done to my satisfaction (and it exceeded my expectations) before cleaning everything up and leaving.
