I chose Magnolia for my renovation because, after interviewing several other contractors, I felt confident there would be no unpleasant surprises as they provided me a contract that clearly stated the job description, price and the inevitable add-ons which I could not realize as the home owner without experience in this type of work. Other contractors may low ball the estimate and give you vague descriptions of what they will do in order to pump up the price when they are well into your project and you are vulnerable to cave in to pay extra for the job, a regrettable situation.
