I am very pleased with the work completed on my house. I had been shopping around for quotes for some work I needed done on my bay window roof and siding. They sent a very knowledgeable worker who was able to answer all my questions and provide me with recommendations on the spot. While it was not the cheapest quote I received (but also not the most expensive), it was the most comprehensive in terms of work that would address a problem that I believed would solve an issue I was having with a leak. I was really impressed with Novalis’ professionalism from the start. They offer a wide array of services including roofing, gutters, and siding. I greatly appreciated the level of care they took with their inspections, telling me what the immediate problems were and giving me options to resolve longer term issues. We engaged in very involved conversations concerning my home’s past maintenance history and what direction I would like to go in. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Alex was very informative. The entire staff communicated well. They were always on time and cleaned up daily. The owner was onsite daily and always available to answer my questions. We have dogs and were concerned about the nails and every evening they were very thorough in cleaning up. The final product is beautiful. We had a new roof, gutters and siding put on our house. I highly recommend the entire team. Very professional and they truly care about the quality of their work.
