The owner, Mr. Chimborazo, responded quickly, called to schedule the appointment, arrived early, thoroughly inspected the problem, took photos, and explained exactly what he found. Rather than recommending an expensive gutter replacement, he identified a specific issue with the gutter alignment and installed new gutter hangers, and also replaced a few missing shingles the same day.
