She wanted me to write a review to let everyone know how excellent they were. They were very professional, timely, informative, and very patient with the process of her trying to get her solar panels temporarily removed. I myself was also involved in the estimate process and got to meet and speak with owner who did the site survey and he was great. The estimate was fairly priced and thorough.The roof looks spectacular. My mother in law is very happy with everything. “Jeronimo was responsive, punctual and so knowledgeable. I thought the gutters were leaking but he quickly found that the underlayment on my 80 year old slate needed replacement on one section of the roof. He carefully removed each slate, added new underlayment and then replaced each slate in its original position cutting new ones where necessary. He pointed out problems from previous repairs. What great work! I will use JCX for all my slate maintenance in the future.“

“Absolutely wonderful! Quick response to my initial inquiry through a Google search. When I told Teo what I needed done, again, the response was quick along with the cost of the job. We set a date and time for my repair. Teo's "guys" arrived a little before the scheduled time and I also received a text alerting me of their arrival . The guys surveyed the job, spoke directly with Teo and clarified with me exactly what they would do. Then they went to work quickly and efficiently. Teo invoiced me electronically and payment was a breeze. Teo's guys were friendly, kind and hard workers, finishing the job in great time. They took the time to walk me around the job to make sure it was done to my satisfaction (and it exceeded my expectations) before cleaning everything up and leaving. “I recently used Elite Roofing Solutions in Fords, NJ to replace my roof, soffits, fascia and gutters.I called the office to get a free estimate and an appointment was made for the following day. Victor, the owner of Elite Roofing Solutions showed up right on time. He did a complete inspection and measurement of the roof which was 30 years old and in need of replacement. He gave me a written estimate explaining every detail of the work and exactly what materials would be used.After getting estimates from 2 other roofing companies, I decided to go with Elite Roofing Solutions based on the fact that Victor was extremely knowledgeable and a hands on owner who went over every detail of the project. Victor scheduled the installation and it was done exactly in the time frame that he gave me. Victor was present for much of the installation process.After the installation, the crew was meticulous in cleaning up using nail magnets around the entire property and cleaning up the debris from the old roof. In fact, the property looks better than before they started ! “I used NJAHC to install a new roof two years ago. Although I rarely leave reviews, I left one at that time commending the work of the entire team. The staff was superb, and their service, efficiency, workmanship and overall demeanor were exceptional.Following a major rainstorm last week, we had a small water problem with unknown origin. When I left a message with NJAHC mentioning the issue (and that we had plumbers looking into its origin), not only did I receive a call back within hours, but Jon (the owner) came to my home to explore -- he went above and beyond what I would expect of our roof installer by exploring our attic to basement to try and identify the origin of the problem.At this moment, we have not yet identified the issue, but both our plumbing company (Air Group) and Jon have been outstanding. Jon indicated that he "hopes it is a roof issue", because if it is, he knows that he can easily solve any problem.Unfortunately, this type of service and accountability is rare in the service industry.
