“Charlie at Prosper is so inspiring to work with -- he pushes you beyond what you think you're capable of and you find yourself starting to remove the thought 'I can't do this' from your mind.I started training with him a few months ago, hoping to supplement mostly the cardio/kickboxing I've been doing at CKO, with weight training. I've always been intimidated by weights so wanted to work with someone who I knew would help me feel more comfortable but also push me beyond my comfort zone and aim for growth. Our first session was dedicated to understanding my goals and he was thoughtful in developing a program to help me achieve them.We've met for 10 sessions now (once a week) and I've noticed an incredible change in strength -- mentally and physically. When I started, I struggled with doing 60 lb. goblet squats. Ten sessions later, and I'm front squatting 110 lbs., excited to see how heavier I can go the next time. I never thought I'd be able to do that, but what I love most about this "progression" is that I'm more confident in wanting to go heavier, do an extra rep, etc. and believe in my ability to push my body.Can't recommend working with Charlie enough!“

“This place is amazing. They helped me lose over 40 pounds and help me push my limits and give me great advice to do things on my day off and the trainers are really knowledgeable. I have been to other trainers, but this one hands-down is the best for me. I gained some weight recently, but it’s not their fault. Stick to the program and listen to your trainer. Thanks for your help guys.“
