During these days of scammers, it is hard to really get confirmation people say who they are and will do what they say they will. SmartFix appreciated my extra due diligence since I live in CT and was unsure if they actually did work in my part of the state. To my delight, they did. Everything they told me was backed up in writing, constant communication, worked with my insurance company and guided me through the entire process.

Their work was quick and impeccable. Materials were delivered by a very friendly 3rd party at the time expected, and work started at the time expected. Everyone was professional and busy.

Tyler and Joe showed up and did an estimate since I needed a new faucet and I did not have one. They were honest and did not charge me until I had the faucet and made a new appointment.
