Paulie and his team were very responsive to my concerns, calls, emails and texts. After submitting my deposit and arranging a date to get started, due to a sudden job loss, I had to cancel everything. Paulie said he would return the deposit and he immediately did so without any back and forth conversation. He said he and his wife (a wonderful woman), wish my well and will keep me in their thoughts and when I'm ready to get the job done, he will gladly get the team together to work on it. It's been a pleasure dealing with Paulie, very trustworthy and kind.
Paul and A&B Contracting did some beautiful work for me last winter. Most importantly, they just returned to address an issue that was not Paul's doing. He stood by their job and spent a good deal of time and money to ensure I was satisfied. Thank you!
Ben and a few more guys changed the door for us. Great job, we did not have to check every detail: it was just done right, not trying to cut corners, not trying to take advantage of us. We also liked that the pricing was transparent: we were sent all the receipts, including materials, etc. Would do again.
