“I originally planned to get a few quotes for three trees I wanted cut down. My parents had just had some work done, so I had a good idea of what it should cost. I called Timberland Tree Service first, and Shawn showed up at my house within 30-40 minutes to give me a quote. It was very reasonable, so I didn’t even need to call anyone else.

A week later, Shawn and his team came out to do the job. One of the trees was a large oak with big branches hanging over a telephone pole, but they took it down with ease. They were professional, efficient, and left my yard cleaner than they found it.

“This company replaced my roof in 2021. I thought everything was done correctly until we developed mold in our attic and were notified that the roof was not properly ventilated. This is also a requirement of the roof warranty so I'm assuming my warranty is void. Mold was remediated and I have called to see if they can help with the ventilation situation. 4 phone calls over the last few weeks, no response.

If you decide to use this company, hope that you dont have a problem after. They will never return your call.

Update: I was able to get in contact with our previous project manager from USA Roofmasters. He was responsive and set up for a crew to come out and install the proper inflow ventilation. It may have taken a while, but they did make it right in the end.“
