We switched to Marcketta from one of the larger corporations for our bi-annual maintenance plan and it was the best decision we could have made. Mike is extremely skilled / knowledgeable and very reliable. He is a local guy with deep ties to the community and when our hvac leaked today (Christmas weekend) he was at our door in less than 10 minutes and the problem was resolved shortly thereafter. No charge as we are maintenance service customers. He doesn’t even require a contract. Marcketta is a rare find, especially in this area where it feels like most vendors are trying to rip you off. We called a bunch of different HVAC contractors, but most seemed like they were just trying to rip you off (e.g. $175 for the first 30 min and $75 per 15 min after, with no estimate of how long routine maintenance would take). Marcketta offered a reasonable fixed price per unit, sold us needed parts at cost, and included a minor repair in the routine service fee. One of our units needed a new exhaust fan, and the total bill ended up substantially lower than I expected - routine service plus the new fan was about the same price as some other places quoted just for service ?The guys are very friendly and accommodating too.
