I can’t thank the team at Supreme enough for their continued dedication to customer service and excellence. We had an issue with our AC and a big party planned for this weekend and Eric was able to get Sean out a few hours later. Issue found, problem, resolved, and happy customer. This is why they are our go to for HVAC for maintenance and repair.

I want to recognize Icker Najera, Technician from Supreme Heating & Air Conditioning in Middlesex, New Jersey for doing an exceptional job diagnosing a difficult wiring issue. He spent the time to trace the problem correctly, checked both the exterior and attic wiring thoroughly, and found the exact chewed-up section of wiring that multiple previous technicians missed. Icker Najera was patient, methodological, and extremely professional. I was pleased with my central air conditioning maintenance appointment. Those in the office are pleasant to speak with and Icker. the technician, was thorough and professional. Glad I had the service as a potential significant issue was identified and resolved. Phew
