American Leak Detection of Central Jersey

Based on the reviews, American Leak Detection of Central Jersey provides fast, professional, and accurate leak detection services. The company is known for sending technicians who are very nice, patient, and knowledgeable. Customers praise the quick response time, with one reporting a technician arrived within two hours of a call the day after Thanksgiving. The technicians are described as perfect gentlemen, calm, certain, and completely professional. In one case, a technician named Gerard saved a customer from having their water turned off unnecessarily by correctly identifying that a neighbor’s pipe, not the customer’s, was causing a flood. He stayed firm in his findings even when three other people told him he was wrong. The leak was later confirmed exactly under the spot he had marked. Another technician named Eric was thorough and determined, returning on a better day to find a small crack behind a hot tub jet fitting that was causing a pool to lose water daily. The office staff is also very friendly, and customers can speak to the owner without an interrogation. American Leak Detection is highly recommended for any leaks, water damage, or pool leaks.
