Found this place after letting myself go for too long. Bogdan, the man/owner/trainer and the gym, itself, is phenomenal. My customized sessions are efficient and REALLY effective. I wanted to get out of my comfort zone and Bogdan helped me. He has been generous with his time, guidance and listening to what will help me achieve my goals. It is always fun, too, to see friends here that I never knew attended! Also, this is the cleanest, well laid-out gym that I have attended. Worth every trip and every dollar.
