“Good Dog Pet Training is just the best! I have been working with them for over 2 years with my golden retriever. It is clear from the second you walk through the doors that everyone there truly loves their jobs and the dogs they work with! Group classes are a great place to learn new skills and practice old ones in a safe and welcoming environment. It can be really nerve-wracking leaving your pet with someone else... from daycare to boarding, I always know my dog is in the best hands! Anne and her team are highly trained, knowledgeable and my dog goes in with a wagging tail excited to see his favorite people. Huge emphasis on training the dog in front of you, not a one size fits all approach!

“This is the first time I put my dog in boarding after 11 years as my dog sitter wasn’t available. A friend recommended Mahwah Groom and Board. I had him go for a few trials before my big trip. Both times, he came home happy. My trip was almost two weeks. They sent me pictures and photos of Dexter while I was away. He looked happy and I was reassured that he was in good hands. I also had him groomed before I picked him up. He came back happy and beautiful. I will definitely board him again when I am away.“

He was helpful as well as Eric I believe his name was, he helped me in person. I appreciate the time and will be returning to this place. It’s far but worth the travel“

“I have a diabetic senior dog who is on a very regimented schedule for feeding and insulin. For the past 5 months, I've had to hand-feed her meals 3x a day to ensure she could receive her insulin doses. This process became unattainable and very stressful, so I reached out to Frank at Behavior Plus for advice. He offered an assortment of suggestions - adding specific products to her meals to entice her, removing metal bowls from her feeding, adding in a treat/reward approach during feeding times, etc. He also suggested her actions may be related to behavior issues and associating the kibble with pain. We made the changes Frank offered and now our dog is eating on her own for the first time in months! Big thanks to Frank and his team at BPDT - their compassion for pets (and their human parents) are like no other. I am forever grateful for his time and expertise in getting my dog back to her normal self.“

And, I also love the personalized attention our girls get. I really disliked that at a different place I previously took them in Montclair that would keep each pup for 4+ hours which was extremely stressful for them.“

“We are so thankful to Dr. Duhr and staff. We had been to a different Vet Hospital 4 times and they couldn't find out what was wrong with our girl . We went to Dr. Duhr and he ran tests and found immediately that she has cancer tumors and he put her on medication and she is doing so much better. She is moving around more and is comfortable with the medication. We know she doesn't have long but she will not be in Pain or Sad now. We are so grateful. “Tanner's is Finn's FAVORITE place to be when not at home!! He goes there for daycare and as soon as I turn onto Hopper Ave. he's so anxious to get there that he cry/barks until I get him out of the car at the facility The staff is always friendly, kind and very professional with both the animals and humans. I've had collies for 40 years and have always been very particular regarding their care. When I leave Finn at Tanner's I am confident that he is in the best hands possible (besides mine) and he will be safe and have a great day playing. Thank you Tanner's for providing my dog with such a wonderful experience!!“
