Fast and reliable service. Always a pleasure working with Julie for deliveries and a recent service call. My oil line became airborne. A tech was sent the same day as my request for a tech. Tech had my boiler working again in about 15 minutes. Thank you.
I am a loyal fan of J.W. Pierson Oil. We have been customers since buying our house in 1994. Just the other day, we had our annual oil burner tune-up, which is always thorough and reliable. I think the fellow’s name was James, and he has been working for the company for 40 years! He knew oil burners inside out. I’m grateful.
I had my oil burner serviced today. The technician was friendly, polite and efficient. He gave me a verbal report about the condition of my burner and was on his way. He arrived on time. I have found over the past few years that every service technician operates the same way.A few years ago I moved to Pierson because the office and service staff at my previous oil dealer was rude. Everyone that I have encountered at Pierson has been pleasant.
