I had a few health issues that were somewhat age related as well as lifestyle choices made.I had great physicians that most likely saved my life but I was still not that happy with the quality of my life. Still searching for an answer that would give me some of the energy and vigor of my youth. Then I finally found Dr. Rand. His direction and treatments gave me my life back. It was not an instant process but over time things stared to change for me. He helped my lose over 50 pounds to date, he also showed me areas where my body was lacking and created a plan to get me back to where a heathy man my age needed to be. Before I found Dr Rand, I was feeling overemotional and irritable, lower motivational drive, constantly tired, lower libido, poor sleep, and healing from workouts were taking too long to make progression. I did research and found decreasing testosterone starting to decrease in early 30's is the cause of many problems in men. I am 42. Also, the American culture/diet/and even environment negatively affect hormone balance, so I figured why suffer? I have been a patient of Dr Rand for several years receiving treatment for hypothyroidism. Recently, I started menopause and was having terrible symptoms including extreme fatigue, unbearable hot flashes and weight gain. I tried several natural supplements but was not successful at all. I was becoming more and more depressed as I was unable to go anywhere without dripping sweat and anxiety. I made an appointment with Dr Rand and explained my menopause “hell” in great detail.
