“Excellent experience with Basic Refrigeration Inc. in Bloomfield, NJ. Our central AC unit suddenly stopped working, and we also discovered a significant water leakage/drainage issue. We reached out to Basic Refrigeration Inc, and they were able to fit us into their schedule and arrive within an hour, which we greatly appreciated.
The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, resolved both the AC issue and the water leakage/drainage problem, and took the time to clearly explain exactly what was causing it. What impressed us most was that they didn’t simply fix the immediate problem, they also explained the steps we could take going forward to help prevent the issue from happening again.
Very responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient service from start to finish. It’s difficult to find a company that responds this quickly when your central AC unexpectedly goes down, especially during the summer. I would definitely recommend Basic Refrigeration Inc. to anyone in the Woodland Park/North Jersey area looking for reliable HVAC service. Thank you”
Falcon Plumbing & Heating
“Our steam boiler wasn't working. I called at night and Bill stayed on the phone for a long time. He pinpointed what was wrong and we got the boiler running. It would have been a cold night if not for Bill's diagnosing the problem. He even didn't want anything for solving the problem. Joe Sica Newark”
