“From estimate to quote, to work and completion-everything was incredibly professional. They were detailed and thorough in giving us options, letting us know what to expect and even aftercare instructions. This is not one of those dime a dozen floor refinishing companies. They care about the quality of work and the services they provide. We even had an electrical problem the morning the job was due to start and the father (its a family business- son does the business end and the father does the work and manages the crew) and he helped me to troubleshoot the issue. He was very patient too. In areas of the flooring where the wood was damaged and needed to be replaced, they matched the wood so well despite old pine not being able to be sourced. Everything from start to finish was better than expected. Highly recommend.
Oh and they were the only company who offered to seal off the kitchen to minimize dust because it was not apart of the job! Thank you.“
