“Can’t say enough good things about John and his crew, Ron-demolition and carpentry, Steve -plumber, Gerard- electrician, Richard-painter, Sheetrock skimmers, Travis -Welch Custom Glass and two others that I didn’t get the name of. They left my garage spotless, removed trash every day, worked cleanly in the house, were on time, conscientious, ethical, honest and friendly. John listened to all of my concerns which weren’t many, maybe two minor issues. Corrections were made to my approval. Invoicing was honest and the payments were fairly timed upon completion of each milestone. His staff in the office were great helpers to pick out materials, especially Sheri. She has a good flare for colors and patterns. I highly recommend John and I am glad my friend suggested him. A+ rating. I am definitely having him carpet my first floor next and build a tv wall shelving/cabinet.“

“I had about 1000 sq ft of flooring and old baseboarda removed, then new flooring and baseboards installed and everything looks great. I actually had a quote from a family member who runs a flooring install company, and when I asked him for a price it was the same as Simple Charm. Honestly as much as I love my family I didn’t use them because I had a feeling it would be a “yeah we gotta push back a week..” or if I was unhappy with something it would become an issue. Justin’s team of installers were very professional and clean. I will definitely be calling them when I replace my floors upstairs.“

“Overall very pleased! The installers were very polite and accommodating however our cable line was damaged during the installation, I spoke to the owner who had the installer call me. The installer apologized (it was not intentional) but I still think the business should have covered the cable bill although I didn't demand it. A customer needs to feel their issue isn't dismissed yet I didn't get that impression from the owner. I was also told the walls would be wiped down from the stuff that comes off the backing during the layout but that wasn't done either.
Again we were very happy overall. The carpets look great!“
