They are super helpful in terms of understanding the problem adjusting their schedule work as per the situation.I had to redo some work they acknowledged it and did that for free!!Kudos to the team.

Thomas Hardwood Floors did a great job in helping us repair our old hardwood floor. We had floorboards that were loose and had deteriorated. They were able to match our type of wood and replace the old boards. The floor looks as good as new and you would never be able to tell that any boards were ever replaced. Additionally, they were thorough in explaining the process, easy to schedule with, and completed the work quickly. They also followed up afterwards to make sure everything went as expected. I would recommend Thomas Hardwood floors to anyone who needs a hardwood floor repair.

Ken and his team are fantastic. They restored our floors 10 years ago adding new wood to the kitchen to make a seamless blend to our original floors. We recently had water damage in our kitchen causing some boards to warp. Ken and his team came out within a few days to repair, again making a seamless transition to the existing floor.
