“I had our first floor renovated in the house my grandparents bought in 1949. Underneath the dining room and hallway carpet were the original floors made of Oak and Pine respectively. Floors I had never seen before until the renovation. The hallway floors also had tile on them which was underneath the carpet. Lucky all the floors were still in pretty good shape. My original kitchen contractor had pulled up the carpet and tile and sanded them. However, we parted ways before the job was done and I reached out to AC&T to do the floors because of their great reviews. It was true. Kevin amd his team are great! Kevin initially came out and looked at my floors, talked to me about what I wanted to do, made suggestions. The price for us was good and so we booked with them. We stayed in an airbnb for a few days while they worked on the floors because I was having them stained and we wouldn't be able to walk on them.The team came in and re-sanded all the floors including the steps and made them so much better. They also reinforced the steps and filled in any wood gaps all around. I was quite pleased with their work and would highly recommend to others.Kevin and his team are totally professional and get the job done.“

We employed Artisan to sand and refinish all the wood floors and railings in our townhouse -- it was a tricky job in a number of respects, and we also had to put quite a bit of trust in them because we asked them to complete the job while we were away from Philadelphia. Throughout, they displayed an extraordinary level of care, professionalism and attention to detail, and kept me informed every step of the way (e.g., daily texts with photos, videos etc.). “Demayo tile was incredible. I prior had a very bad experience with another contractor and I needed someone reliable to fix our bathroom. Mike and his team were extremely professional, responsive and did an excellent job. They went above and beyond to redo our plumbing and helped us obtain the correct products needed for our project. The tile looks incredible. They were also very clean and removed all tile, dust etc. We are beyond thrilled to have found Demayo tile and look forward to using them in the future if needed for additional projects. We highly recommend for your home!!“

“Great experience getting our runner installed. Before selecting a company to install our runner, I visited several stores in the area. Floor Coverings International was far more helpful than the rest of walking me through all options and which carpet would be the most durable with our dog. John in the show room was excellent and so knowledgeable. John was equally as helpful when he came out to measure. The install was well communicated and professional. They even cleaned up after and left our stairs looking beautiful.“

“I'm in the process of renovating my house and I've dealt with contractors of different areas so far. The flooring part of it was the smoothest of all due to Gisela and Harold's professionalism and outstanding service, as well as the installers they recommended. Gisela took her time to explain the qualities of the several options (I got the Durato VEVO Max vinyl floor) and she was super patient, not pushy at all. In this process, I've contacted them several times with questions and they made sure to answer all of them in the most friendly and professional way. They are a hidden gem and I feel very lucky that I found them.“

“Hired Dan to refinish our poorly coated maple floors and to repair areas where we had demolished substructures of the house. Stopped by the shop to consult with him and he quickly recommended the cheaper option of refinishing rather than installing all new flooring. His team was quick and efficient, working around us as we remained living in the home. He does four coats of water-based polyurethane and the finish is excellent. I had a few questions after the work was done and he gladly stopped by the property to consult and even fix little areas that required attention. Dan has decades of experience with flooring in Philadelphia and has even refinished multiple floors on boathouse row. Would definitely recommend using Dan and Keystone Flooring. His shop on pine street is great to check out even if you have no flooring needs!“
