We had scheduled repair appointment immediately and crew arrived to our house next morning. Fred and his assistant brought new water heater and removed one which was broken. We had a partial blockage affecting both our kitchen and basement bathroom drain lines. After exhausting my 25-foot plumbing snake with no success, I decided to call for professional help.
