“When I contacted ServiceMaster at 6:00 a.m. after calling two other companies, someone answered the phone immediately, took my information, and assured me that someone would get back to me right away. A few minutes later, which felt like hours because I was in a complete state of panic after finding out that my apartment was soaked with water, Tony called me.

Tony was incredibly professional from the very beginning. He took charge of the situation immediately, and within hours, his crew arrived at my building with high-tech drying equipment and blowers. “I hardly ever get to give 5 stars to businesses, but Gemini Restoration company truly deserves it. My insurance company selected them to restore my kitchen after water damage was caused by a cracked pipe in the wall.

The team worked together to renewing my kitchen better than before. The work started when promised and was completed within timeframe given. Any adjustments or corrections were made when reported. (Communication and follow up is very important.)

They really hit the mark on professionalism, communicating, listening and understanding, organizing, job knowledge, timeliness, thoroughness, courteousness and patience. The only downside was the debris left in my driveway from the sawing. I’m sure this was an oversight.

Guy you have a great team of people working with you. Kudos and thanks to Matt, Gio, Jon, Erno, Zolton, Bennie and his son (electricians), Al (plumber) and anyone I may have missed. You did a wonderful job on modernizing my kitchen.
