Joseph and Kent explained the air vents and dryer vent cleaning very well before starting. Then they carefully performed the cleaning and even helped me identify the dryer vent outside end as this is a new property and I was not fully familiar with it. They do a great job, however, it is surprising that they work with only one size cleaning wand and hence are unable to clean beneath dressers and beds. Given they have been in business for a long time they need to fix this.
