Had an excellent experience with Stanley steamer today, having our air ducts cleaned. Joesph and Anthony were among the most friendly and personable people we have had come into our home over the years to do work. In addition, they were very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the job, letting us know what they were doing as they were doing it and what the findings were. The left the home the way in which they found it. Solid experience.
Charles is the man! He explained everything to me from start to finish and answered any questions that I had! He was professional, has a great personality and you can tell he takes pride in his job and customer satisfaction! Carpets and couch look great!! Would 1000% recommend. Thank you. ?
Technicians were very professional. Explained as they were cleaning vents each phase of the cleaning. There were limited to no messiness with the entire process. It did not take very long for the cleaning and deodorizing. Joel and Charlie were the best. Would definitely recommend this revive and both of these professionals.
